Edit: i found where i read that of the increased value, was another mod (that i never used) and was carry weight xD but still if someone can help me get my stamina and magicka values to normal again ill thanks a lot :D
Im loving the mod, super usefull when crafting for me, but i have a problem, dont know exactly at what point but after using a link workstation my stamina and magicka got stuck at 100k or so and doesnt return to normal, i think i was on the in-game tutorial that i saw the mod give you that amount when using the linked workstation but now i have it permanently, theres a way to restore my normal values of stamina and magicka? (and hopefully im not mistaking this effect from another mod xD) please fish help meee D;
This is just what I have been looking for. I came to Skyrim after 11,989 hours of playing Ark Survival Evolved. One thing I loved about Ark was the dedicated storage boxes. This is exactly like that, minus the dedicated storage intake which would take everything from your inventory and automatically sort it all into their dedicated storage boxes.
I've been using this useful mod in Myrwatch, but today it isn't working properly. I can make a new auto storage but the old ones are stuck, I can't open them (or do anything else ...). Also the workstations linked to them are stuck. And apparently this problem only appears in Myrwatch, I went to Hendraheim to check, and everything works fine.
I tried disabling the mod, disabling the other mods, saving and loading in different ways, nothing worked.
A few years late, but a fix for this bug (and other Myrwatch related bugs) can be found here. Installing this mod will allow you to use Auto Storage in Myrwatch without breaking your workstations or containers.
WARNING! Make sure to take all your stuff out of Myrwatch BEFORE installing the mod linked above. That mod basically creates a duplicate of Myrwatch that copies all its stock assets, but NOT the stuff you put in there.
OKAY, so, after almost a week of trying to tinker with this to get it to play nice and consistent, I've given up. I love this mod, but whenever it breaks I lose ready access to everything it's touched, i.e. the containers and workbenches don't "respond" to my activating them. *removeallitems player* suffices so that I can get my stuff back, of course, but I'm still left with useless furniture in my quaint little home.
But, I found out how to fix it, and -- in hopes that I save someone *else* several days of their life -- here's how:
In the console, type: help AIS_Q
You should see something along the lines of: QUST: AIS_Q (########)
Note the ref id -- the eight-character ID between the parentheses. For me, it was AC0012C2
Now type ssq ########
(replace the #s with the ID from above)
Now, go to each and every container that you're having trouble with, open the console, click on it ( make sure you're clicking the right thing) and type ForceRefIntoAlias Container00
Rinse and repeat for each container, increasing the number each time. E.g. Container01, Container02, Container03... You can do the same for Workstation00, Workstation01, Workstation02, etc on each workstation you had trouble with.
Note that the order of which container/workstation is which only matters if you want to continue using the mod; if not, just make sure each container/workstation is given its own 'number'. If you can open/interact with each one, then you're all set to Reset the mod and uninstall safely. If, however, you want to keep using the mod, then you have to do the above steps as normal, but each container/workstation needs to be in the order that you assigned them -- OR, after making sure each one works, just Reset the mod and re-do your lists and links.
I killed my auto storage fish with a pile of firewood 😭
... No seriously, I was a dumbass and tried using the fish on a firewood pile from Dynamic Things, and it gave me the message "firewood only." Okay, fair enough.
Then I went to one of my chests and inserted Le Fish as per usual... and nothing happened. The fish just went inside the chest like a normal item. Tried a few more times, reloaded my save, same thing.
He's dead. My magic storage fish is dead. And I killed him 😫
So... anyone know any necromancers? Or do I just gotta reinstall...?
If it matters, I'm playing the latest AE version on the Steam Deck, with a half-assed mod setup slapped together with duct tape and manually installed because I ran out of Prozac trying to install MO2/Vortex and xEdit on this thing.
This mod is great for the modlist I'm building. It focus on immersion and realism which makes crafting, alchemy, cooking and similar things more important. Managing the chests in Breezehome was starting to become tiresome because the SkyUI menus don't seem to have a feature that can load and unload certain kinds of items at once. Selecting individually takes time and, you know, it's not so fun.
This mod completely solves it. And it's so well-humored. Thank you qlhaele!
Edit: Unfortunatly, the mod stopped working. I'm using the 1.6.1170 game version. I add items to the Item List, then try the store all and it says the Item List is empty. Linking the container with a alchemy table doesn't work either. Is anyone having these problems too?
Edit: The problem can be partially solved by using the Save/Load list feature and loading a preset. I tried the ingredient preset and the Store All button worked. Linking an alchemy table also worked with a preset list. Thank God it worked!!
Mod worked fine until recently. I can no longer access any container governed by the fish nor use any linked workstations. No idea what's going on. It worked fine before, no I can't access any of my items. There is the usual click sound when you press activate, but nothing happens, and this is on every container and every linked workstation. Its like there is no script for them. I can use the fish on a new container and that one works, but any of my old ones, the ones that contain my entire playthrough's worth of loot, don't do anything.
I cannot see a settings menu for this. Is there a way to reset all the boxes, or scripts or storage AI? Any way to troubleshoot in game? I'd be loathed to have to abandon this playthrough due to this. :(
I found that it was related to a mod added player home with specific item storage. I tried it in a vanilla home, such as the hearthfire homes, and it worked fine. I think some of the mod added storage containers are set up in a different way which breaks with this mod.
