This is my version of movement in armor increasing the related skill. Configurable via MCM.

Moving in armor will now increase your skill in the specific armor type. XP are split based on the amount of armor slots filled with light armor, heavy armor or clothes.
XP is reduced based on your skilllevel by default, leading to you learning the basics about your armor out of combat and more in combat. Combat and special movements like sprinting give increased base xp.
