The markers are great, but they really shouldn't be available from the start of the game as they are currently.

Possibly a dumb question, but what locations in the Soul Cairn contain the Reaper's Gem Fragments?

While these are useful fast travel points to have, they shouldn't be visible (or at the very least travellable) before you actually reach those locations.

You mean those markers are instantly available and you can fast-travel to for a new character?

I can confirm this is the case for me. I tried installing during a playthrough and they were all marked as discovered and I could fast travel to any/all of them as well. Started a new game to test if it was due to installing mid-game but experienced the same thing with a fresh start.

Could be a mod conflict if that's not how it's intended/not what happens on your end?

I've got the same issue, markers are already up on a new game.

I have taken a look at the ESP.

All locations are flagged as "Visible"; thus the reason you all have them up in your map.
      Author needs to correct that.

Also the mod needs cleaning as it contains 20 ITMs plus a couple of Worldspace parent cell wild edits.

It's easy to fix in SSEEdit! I loaded it in Quick Auto Clean.

      • Worldspace>"Name">Cell>Persistant>"Name of Map Marker"
      • ?for example Worldspace>DLC01FalmerValley (ForgottenValley)>Cell>Persistant>Paragon Platform.

      • Scroll down to Map Marker, double click on the Map Flags slot, and remove Visible from the flags.
      • Save

What's with the modified occlusion plane data for FalmerTempleExterior01??? That was not mentioned in the description.

Also you have several Worldspace ITMs, so this mod needs to be cleaned.

Endorsed. Not sure why these were not vanilla to begin with. You're doing Talos' work my son.

Thank you! That's really how I felt, the Dawnguard DLC added so many locations but yet only had waypoint to the major areas, The Forgotten Vale is a huge place yet the only waypoint was for the entrance? That needed fixing, I thought, so here we are! Glad you found it useful

    Endorsed!

Despite the fact that I don't use fast travel, I love the additional map markers as they give me good directions to get to where I'm going. Thanks!

Thank you so very much for the comment and endorsement! I just added an update to this mod that adds even more directions that should've been in the game in the first place, like the Paragon Platform, or the Word Wall. If there's anything else you could think of you can feel more than free to make a suggestion! ^w^

    Nice going.
Just recently played thru the whole Dawnguard quest line & I hated every minute of exploration. I finally used 'movetoqt' to do the filling the ewers quest.
Won't do another play thru without this, thanks.
