Patches Riften Docks Overhaul and Southwoods District with Open Cities. This is the last major city I needed to sort. I have removed the additional platforms added by the Riften docks pathways mod that was merged into Riften Docks Overhaul. If you want to keep them Jonado's patches here probably work fine together (obviously don't use his patches with this mod).
