Installed mid game and made a potion of Restore Health, for 23hp, so the 'rounded effect potency' is not working in my load order. Did not try the other features. Maybe an incompatibility with Potions Restore Over Time (which I have also installed)?
Edit: Oh wait no... I just realized, the mod description says 'magnituve ABOVE 25'... but why that specific (or arbitrary) number? Damn.
I'm assuming it's because at lower magnitudes, the rounding is more noticeable. Say, a magnitude 7 potion rounded down to 5 would be an almost 30% decrease. A magnitude 27 potion rounded down to 25, however, would only be a 7% decrease - barely noticeable.
probably yeah. You could see your improvement in the early levels and also eliminate the inconvenience of sifting through 20 potions with 1% magnitude difference between each other.
Thanks a bunch. I came across Alchemy+ and was super bummed out that it was for 1.6 only. I even wanted to see if there was a quick way to backport it because the dynamic potion models feature is something I've always wanted in this game, and it's always steered me away from alchemy builds because "oh, right, all my potions look like healing potions." Then I find this. Incredible work.
