Incredible mod, but it's not tagged as a player home in the game. No spouse or adopted child or the like can enter, even with other mods doing heavy lifting. It's a gorgeous building with extra rooms for guests, so it's a bit of a shame you'll never actually see any in there.
I just added the current version of this mod to my load order.
I had a Follower with me when I entered the house for the first time. The Follower did not show up when I "materialized" inside. So, to answer your first question: No, v1.3 didn't fix the problem.
I'm disappointed. I added this mod to my Load Order to have a nice place to put the Followers that I recruited in the Falkerath area.
That sucks. It's an awesome place, but, if I can't get my followers to go in with me, the only thing it's good for is a place to stash loot and there's no sense in installing the update. Thanks for answering my post.
I was just testing and came here to see if there was a patch. There is a minor conflict with 3DNPC's, in that the girl with the dragon is clipping through the tent added by this mod containing the skeleton of the previous owner, where she is sitting by the fire. It doesn't break anything but immersion, though.
i wish their was a mod that made the Jarl Assisants sell you modded houses because it would make me feel like you now own a home in the area own by one of the jarls :D
You know just expand on the jarl owned homes you can own :D
This looks really nice; going to try it in a Requiem playthrough.
A couple of things I noticed though: the mod edits some weapon racks in Proudspire Manor in Solitude, and also there's an odd edit of Viola Giordano's house in Windhelm. Are these intentional? If so, why? Can I just delete them (the Proudspire one is conflicting with some of my other mods)?
Just had to add another post. You are one sick/slick puppy! Found hidden room! :) P.S.: companions not entering for some reason. I have no other mods that use this area. Any ideas?

#2 Do I have to uninstall December's to install the Jan. 5?
