I believe he meant at the altar of Molag bal. The bones don't have textures on them. It's where you go to after watching over Jacob during the quest old regrets
It appears to be every pile of bones has pieces with no texture. A quick fix shouldn't be hard as you can use the vanilla texture or if you have a custom texture for it already.
I hate to bother you again, but I've discovered another problem. Not because of you but on hd skeletons end. If you don't have SMIM installed, the bones that are lying in holes don't have the background textured. To specify what object I'm talking about, it's in the 1st image on the mod page and more specifically the 96th image. I found this problem while doing the quest to get the horn in the main quest and found the solution in the bugs section of their mod since they don't list SMIM as a requirement even though it has that problem without it. Personally asking to download SMIM is a big ask if all you need is to have bonepiles to not look weird in your mod as well as their own.
Sorry again if my bug reporting/fix sleuthing is bothering you.
Just made a quick fix so people didn't have to download either skeleton mod and by extension, SMIM for another bug created by them. It's up here on the nexus.
Tested it inside. It does look really good. I like it. It gives a darker feeling. One of the features of Vigilant mod is some aspect of ''Spookines'' you feel. Coldharbour with Jygallags sphere changes it into a unique environment that has been affected by the Greymarch. The textures of this mod help preserve the spooky feel but without interrupting the atmosphere of the Greymarch affecting Coldharbour. At the same time, if you end the Greymarch Coldharbour becomes very Spooky. So the textures help to enhance these unique atmospheric feelings. That is i am using TNT ENB and Obsidian Weathers so the Greymarch theme is well preserved and looks slightly brighter then in the pictures and mimics a Black Sun or Sun Eclipse whilst with the Greymarch gone it becomes Coldharbour with all its Darkness yet balanced visibility in exteriors.

PS I forgot I had used it when making this :/
Your also going to need the Beast skeletons mod for this as well. Did a check in NifScope for that one.
In the meantime, I think you should put those down as a requirement until it gets fixed.
