I'm using the Meraxes for Paarthurnax file, since he is an old dragon I downloaded the tattered wing for him, but he keeps the full wings no matter what.
The tattered wing file contains a mesh and a texture, but the mesh doesn't use the included texture, it's asigned to the regular texture.
hi just had a quick question i want to replace alduin and Paarthurnax with the dragons from this mod but not the legendary dragon as i have the Vanilla one from the diverse dragons mod do i put the diverse dragons before this one on vortex or do i need to delete the legendary dragon from this mod or is there a stand alone replacer for Paarthurnax like the alduin one?
Hi, you can just delete the legendary dragon files from the main mod so that the diverse dragon legendary dragon will not be overwritten. Then load just load this after. > You can just delete the whole dlc01 mesh folder, and whichever your legendary dragon's (Meraxes/Vhagar) texture folder.
> Install the textures of this mod > Find out where the meshes of the dragon companions are located, rename and replace it/them with the mesh/meshes in this mod. > Install as a separate mod (preferably) and overwrite
* the mesh folder path should be of the dragon companion mod, textures folder path should be of this mod (as these meshes point to those textures)
Hi! I just wanna say thank you for the AWESOME mod, it truly is one of my favorites on the Nexus
I was curious about a photo labeled Lore Accurate Balerion? Does this mod make Alduin that much bigger? Or is that a separate mod? And if it is from this mod, does it affect the other two?
regarding the image, the mesh is from this mod, but this does not change the size of Balerion. I think the user who shared has another mod or just changed the size via console.
Thanks! Sure, make my Silah file here, or the original Silah mod file as reference for the mesh folder path, > get the 2 files inside dlc01/dragon/dragon_purple.nif and dragon_purplelod.nif, > copy and place them somewhere and rename them to fdragon_model.nif and fdragon_farskin.nif respectively. > Then, you will be replacing the meshes inside the Silah folder mesh path and make it a mod to overwrite the original/ any Silah skin you've installed.
Sorry to be a bother, is it possible to have a standalone for the Balerion Alduin replacer? I'm tight on space and I'm already using your GoT-ally for Paarthurnax.
Also just wanted to say that your dragon mesh and texture replacers are currently second to none. I try to run a modernized vanilla+ modded save and these dragon replacers really are the last piece of the puzzle. The old dragon meshes and textures are so outdated and felt out completely out of line with my ENB preset and all the other graphical and visual overhauls I have done. With immersive dragons and your dragon replacers, the dragons in my save are super intimdating and visually crisp. Absolutely amazing work.
Hi, I'm glad, thank you! Yeah, already available. You can dl the Balerion Standalone under misc files. You can cut the file size further by downsizing the textures. Enjoy!
Texture file naming also is straightforward, you can make any of the dragons in the pack at standalone size just by deleting the named texture folder of the dragons you don't need.
Probably because you've already overwritten GoT-Ally meshes with mods in addition to this.
The difference is the meshes itself. Instead of one of Dany's dragons as Paarthurnax which GoT-ally installs, you'll get Vhagar with this mod or Meraxes, depending on your download choices (unique models derived from the original GoT mod). Up to you what dragon you would want to be Paarthurnax.

Regardless, thanks for the mod!
