Natural Forts has a shiny new update. +Added navcuts to many towers and walls in each fort so npcs can now detect and go around them. +added more quality of life decors to Greymoor, Hraggstad, and other forts +ESL flagged so now the Forts dont take up a plugin source. Added version for Ryn users. Updating? replace old files. No need to regen.
I have the custom texture file and the lod resources from here (using dyndolod 2, will be converting to 3, just doing a little testing now), on 1.5.97 I have snowy natural forts and the lod files from there I have Tower Lod Files From Schwertas page ( Almost seems over lodding it :) )
I'm Taking Followers (NFF) to take on some forts, using stuff like obis and more vanilla bandits to make a war My issue is Fort Hraggstad - - - Followers Nor Enemies will cross the main entrance (this is during battle, not sure about afterwards) I have tested this on a few occasions (with 2-4 followers and now with 10) I have tested with greenwall (shorsstone/rfiten) and the fort outside whiterun and have not had the same issue as far as I can tell
Ive had a little trouble with some Bos mods (diverse campfires not working well with fire mods and patching) so wondering if that could be the issue ?
let me know what you know. . . and wether or not I have too much Lod going on

o, i did notice the lod files from this page seem to be for the riften meshes. . . if thats the case then i suppose i wouldnt need the lod files from here (straighten me out) im using skyland aio so felt well to use the custom textures
Noticed in testing that this mod uses a single column texture for the whole structure which can make the whole thing look uncanny rather than using the fort wall texture. Also would it be possible to add some windows to the walls like in your city wall mod since this covers up the original windows and the walls could use some texture break up. Lastly it seems to block some wooden walways.
I think what this mod really needs, is making sure both the vanilla structures and the new ones use mostly the same textures, and bring the walls tighter to the vanilla ones, and maybe readjust height a bit. I think this would be a great addition.
I didn't really know Beyond Reach had forts. My permissions are open if everyone wants to dabble with the creation kit and place some of these walls in Beyond Reach.
So im using xLodGen for the lods(weak gpu) and they ran thru the program fine but are not working in game. Any fix? (im new to lod generation and not using DynDoLod due to the aforementioned reason)
