Adds a new Amulet to the game "Drudenfuss". Craftable and Enchantable, ESL Flagged.

First of all I would like to thank Wast1980 for letting me use his original work from his mod
PentagramAmulet NoneReplacer. I remember when it released all those years ago and have loved it ever since.
With this Release I have fixed the issue from the old mod where the Amulet now has proper ground object models.
I changed the name of the amulet, value, and it has a new description, and it works for
both Male/Female. It is also now compatible with Vampire Races.
The old mod replaced The Gauldur Amulet, this mod removes that and now has new crafting requirements.
Instead of a single Ebony Ingot, now requires an Iron Ingot, Leather Strips, and a Human Heart.
The File structure has also been revised as well and I changed the form version to 44 (SE),
compacted the form ID's, the esp is esl flagged, and cleaned up the esp in TES5Edit.
