If you want the voice of the mod (IFD-Lydia), you should talk with the author for made a patch for INIGO. What i did was simply rename the file from "FemaleEvenToned" (INIGO) to "FemaleUniqueLydia" (IFD-Lydia). This is Loose files. I made this based on forum Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia -Nexus Forum (sorry if my english is bad :v)
