As these are racial presets would be revolutionary to have them as Vanilla preset replacers as this would improve a lot of things like fixing racial inconsistency Bug with Racemenu: ("upon loading a save file sometimes the the wrong hair color would be loaded or loading the wrong warpaint or skin color") and also provide a better integration with the game mechanics and simply make race creation a lot easier for newer players.
In racemenu in sculpt section you can import heads to change it. Make sure to first mask the neck so that you wont get neckgap when importing. Try experimanting in sculpt tab to learn what certain tools does.
