If anyone is having trouble getting their "ENB Light" mods to work with Community Shaders and Light Limit Fix, You need to remake your "black.ini" file.
Go into your modding files to Light Limit Fix, navigate to it's "Particlelights" file and select the "enblightglow" .ini file, copy it, and paste that copy in the same area the first one is in. Once you have done so, rename the second ini file to "black" and you should be good to go. That's how i got mine working, and it got other stuff like "Kanjs - Taproot Animated and Beating Motion" to work.
so my potions are huge in the inventory. theyre huge in world. walked into chicks apothecary in white run and my jaw dropped when i seen the potions up on her upper shelves. some are twice the size of water buckets
Ok found the fix if you are not using ENB go with the 4th option when installing the patch, 1st option makes potion massive, 2nd makes tiny af, 3rd is still massive, So select 4th Update No ENB Smaller that worked for me. BTW thanks ElSopa for your amazing work.
Oh that's a lot more stuff to download. I am not good at this and don't want to bjork my game so I think I will just not have the glow. Thanks anyway, great work on the mod
You must go to your Skyrim Special Edition/Data/ParticleLights folder and copy the enblightglow.ini file and paste a new one named black.ini.
ElSopa's potions and many other ENB light meshes use a black texture file to define the emissive area of an object to be detected by particle lights in ENB or Community Shaders. Community Shaders has recently removed the ini file that allows CS to detect this file.
After creating the black.ini file, the brightness and radius of the potions will be controlled by the two "billboard" sliders in the Community Shaders settings menu.
Buddy, instead of being a smartass you could just say "I still use ENB Series instead of the significantly less taxing and confusing Community Shaders, so I don't care." Telling him to buy new hardware because you choose to stick to more older, less-effeicient sofware, is a bit of a dick move...
@shreddmusic - The way you get ENB light mods to work (the non working ones for CS and LLF I mean) is to go into you modding files, go into Light Limit Fix, and go to it's particlelights file. Copy the "enblightglow" config file in there, paste it to the same place, and rename the second one to "black" and it SHOULD work. Tell em how you go, King.
Edit: Oh s#*!, HomacidalGrouse beat me to it, I didn't even see that.
Just took your advice but didn't have any luck. Is there something else needed on top of this change possibly (obviously I know you have no idea what my list looks like). I have other enb lights working. For instance, soul gems are working since I used the rudy meshes I am guessing.
P.S. I have all of these files listed in my particlelights directory of Light Limit Fix --> enblightglow, fxglowenb, glowsoft01_enbl, po3_fullalpha, black. They all contain only this --> [Light] Cull = true <-- in each file. Is this correct?
P.P.S I found that I needed to edit the radius and fade properties of the potions in the potion.json file in CS Light. I did not notice an immediate change from adding the black.ini file alone. I had to change the radius to 20 and then the fade to 5.0. I am still not super happy with the change as just looking at the potions themselves it seems as if there is no glow in the bottle itself which I find a bit strange. If anyone has feedback regarding this I would be very open to hearing it.
Hello guys! I've installed this beautiful potions but they are almost not glowing just like on other guys screenshots. I installed latest version and patch and ENB. But how to make them glow more?

Hail Dragonborns. This solution helped me solve problem with missing glow. Open file "enbseries.ini" and find "EnableComplexParticleLights=", then change value to "true". Have fun!
So no one has bothered to find a fix for the dozen or so comments regarding floating blood textures around potions? Super annoying that there is not one f*#@ing solution to this.
