Details

Sooo...it works for me now. Saints & Seducers adds a new worldspace that is formerly connected to the sewer entrance before Solitude marketplace, right at the Winking Skeever. Via a door. Arthmoor set a new door marker in his open-world 'Solitude Exterior 02' worldspace and linked it to the Ladder in ccBGSSSE025RootDungeon (the GSDS Sewer interior). There is only one way in and out - that door.

Here's where I lost it. I re-linked that interior door marker to the OCS one. Although there were 2 xMarkerHeading's, the ladder itself was linked to the exit in the original 'SolitudeWorld'. That might have prevented the way in as well. I think. No really, I'm not sure. Ask Arthmoor.

My patch SHOULD not be necessary: "Current versions of OCS have this fixed natively because S&S is base game material now. There used to be a separate patch in the OCS patch archive but that no longer exists."  -Arthmoor, creator of Open Cities.

In xEdit, look for: Cell [RootDungeon] --> persistent [0600A54]. That's the door reference I changed. I also unchecked "initially disabled" somewhere. I guess that removes the requirement to follow the questline in order to access the sewers. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The Mod contains what I guess are IDMs - Identical to Master records. Leave them. Just in case something overwrites those records in my load order, I double clicked all doors in question and closed the window via "ok" in CK - that's how you get those records.

FAQ
Q: If this Patch is no longer necessary, why is it here?
A: I don't know why the native fix in OCS didn't take for me. But it didn't. Maybe in someone else's case it didn't either.

Q: Can You make another patch for something else?

MYY MOTHER TOLD ME

Q: Does load order matter?
man I don't know...

Q: There's a new version of the dependencies. Does this need an update and will you make one?
SOMEDAY I WOULD BUUUY

Q: I think you broke something. Can you check and fix it?
Galleys with good OAARRS!!!
A: No seriously, I can try. Or just do it yourself...idc.

Q: Can I remake/Re-up this?
SAIL TO...wait, what? Ah..
Don't spawn re-ups everywhere. Or anywhere. Ask me first. That also goes if you make a copy of this mod. MAKE ME AWARE! If yours is superior, I wanna know that I can take this down. Thanks!

Q: Your Mod has IDMs. Safe to remove?
I butchered that region in CK - Be happy I removed that snow troll edit outside Solitude. What else do you want???
