Is there any hope of a fix/patch to make this mod compatible with VR?
There are just too many times when I'm trying to play mage where I release a spell too soon when a fight gets a little hectic. In VR I often don't see my hands and then I have to rely on sound cue, which doesn't work well for me. I thought maybe this mod would be perfect as some kind of notification when I can release a spell.
I just want to ask: why it's was so difficult for authors to write a few strings about how and where exactly you can "Configurable meter placement" in the description? For those folks like me: you can do this in the file located in skse\plugins\CastingBar.ini
I'm liking this. Is it possible to have 2 bars, one for the left hand and one for the right hand? If not no worries, it's still an amazing addition to my UI. Endorsed
Hi, this doesn't seem to work properly with Quick Shot even though I have Scrambled Bugs installed. If it matters, I installed this mod during a game where I already had the Quick Shot perk. Basically, the bar fills too slowly, as if I didn't have the perk.
Is this compatible with Edge UI? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/130983 I cannot get it to work to save my life. I have tried both of these "Edge UI Like Casing Bar Patch" and "Untarnished UI Casting Bar 3 Patch" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/131508?tab=files https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/113836 and none of these will work.
Hiya! Adore the mod. Would it be possible to get compatibility between Hogwarts in Skyrim and this mod? It has charge times for its various spells with the wands and I'd LOVE this spell for that.

Definitely true, but it also utilizes OAR to apply a magic effect on cast completion, as well as in stages for each level. A staggered progress bar between the stages complemented with interpolation could theoretically produce a casting bar for the progression of the wand. At least, without glancing at the implementation of either mod's code since I haven't seen any source (for obvious reasons).
Granted, all of that sounds obnoxiously tedious to accommodate, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if ya said "Heck That"! Just figured I'd ask, even if I got told nah
