working on a successor to this mod. my version will include all unique (and enchanted) items found in Skyrim, Dragonborn, and Dawnguard (excluding items that are named but have no special effects to them and super super specific quest McGuffin items that I'd prefer not including so as to not... break something.

As of writing this message, I took the liberty of looking into your mod and how it was done, and with help from folks at the Modding Guild discord, created an SSEdit  mod with the same functionality beneath the hood with all daedric items covered and craftable, tested and ready to go- of note, my version has no perk requirements, but the costs are quite a fair bit higher and are meant to encourage the player to go on something of a personal side-quest to gather everything (for instance, my version of Wabbajack recipe demands EVERY TYPE OF CHEESE ITEM FOUND IN THE GAME, because Sheo craves the cheesiest of cheeses and there's no greater madness than the Dragonborn, fated savior of Tamriel, being on a wild goose chase for cheese wedges and fondues.)

Outside of still finding myself a little confused at Editor IDs for the DLC sometimes not coming up in SSEdit, the mod will come out once I go through my list of recipes to include. it'll probably take a kalpa or two.

I'd like to thank you for the mod you made, it served as a major inspiration AND allowed me to learn how it worked without it being a super complex or convoluted mess.

would you consider making a small standalone unenchanted sanguine rose craftable?

I can't find the skeleton key, where is its recipe in the craft menu? I can neither find none of the versions of Azura's star, are them included in the mod? Cause I'm getting all the daedric artifacts for The Scarlet ship and the only left are the Black Star and the Skeleton Key

Are the crafted items enchanted with the usual effects or unenchanted?

Hey man. Will any texture mods I have for the original artifacts etc also affect these crafted ones?

No but try it. In mid game you can delete it no problem

it'll be more nice if we were able to craft the artifacts after we've done the related quest first.. know some quest choices doen't give you the artifact in the end. it'll be awesome for collectors while being somewhat lore friendly

I know, I know, but I'm a newer modder, I don't know much about tasks, so I took it out like this so as not to make a mistake.
      And thanks for your comment.

    Just one question...

We need not obtain the items in order to reproduce them, right?

That was my only question after reading the description...  Thanks

No, you don't need to find them. And thanks for your comments.

      Just produce it

    Greetings my friend

I've been searching for a mod like this for years now.  So, thank you very much!

I have a rather extensive player home collection, many of which have displays that require a specific item like a dragon mask, dragon claw, Mehrune's Razor, Volundrung, Wuuthrad, Spellbreaker, Dawnbreaker or many of the other items on your proposed list of other items planned for upcoming updates!  So, this is a great idea to solve that conundrum.  Just craft another... and another...  and another....  Many homes...  many, many homes in deed...  Too many dwellings by some standards but having two dozen places to call home that aren't vanilla options is my way of feeling wealthy in Skyrim.

Even in plays where I do actually collect all or even some of the unique items, I have multiple locations requesting their placement and presence.  A larger challenge for me are the black book displays.  I have no fewer than five homes requesting their presence, all three elder scrolls too.  Those, like the other unique items, are all one each, thanks for stopping by...  Even if they were replicas, I'd be fine with it to fill those empty shelves and displays for once.  The translated Falmer tomes from Forgotten Vale, the paragons, the Books of the Mythic Dawn, the thieves guild treasures and I believe I covered dragon claws and masks but those are rather frequently requested items to be placed in a huge gap in my home's deco...  And, those are just some of the unique items that these home displays require or player suffers from a huge blank spot in the deco...

So, I am officially cheering you on to do as many unique items as possible.  Maybe the books are crafted at the tanning rack instead of the forge...  Just a thought...

Love the concept!    Love the mod!

    Adventure ever on, Phat

    Endorsed!

Thank you for the comment. It was a problem that I also had, so I decided to make this mod
