Damn, I really should... but I'm lazy. And Jelidity writes "Let's get it clear first, I think the amber items look sort of ok as is." So is it worth it to invest the time?
Btw, changing one mesh with Nifskope is a nice project for practice!
Simply copy my added Blocks and update the index to contain those blocks (basically, copy+paste my changes). Let me know if you need help!
Fantastic, a longstanding gripe of mine with a lot of the greatsword mods is I just do not like the giant, more often than not, clunky looking back scabbards So just a simple strap is perfect
I like vanilla weapons, it's part of the Skyrim art style for me. This mod is meant to be for those who want a little extra over the vanilla game, but without the bugs of earlier similar mods :)
No problem. I know most people moved on to LeanWolf's stuff or something similar - my mod is for the 6 people who like to keep their game as vanilla as possible. Let me know if you encounter any problems or mistakes.
Yeah, mods that makes weapons smaller is not really my cup of tea. I think the vanilla weapons looks cool! Looking forward to the swords and daggers. I found a mod that adds loops on battlaxes and warhammers but it's in oldrim (BAWL--Battleaxe And Warhammer Loops).
This is a great mod- but since someone had to ask, you don't have any plans to patch for LeanWolf's weapons, right? Would definitely expand the scope of the mod past those 6.
To do it yourself, copy paste the scabbard branch in Nifskope from my mesh, delete the sheath branch from LeanWolf's mesh, paste the branch from my mesh (and fix the XYZ coordinates if needed). It's very easy to do, but tedious :)
I am one of the, at most a dozen, people who like to keep weapon mods to a minimum, and stuff like this is simply magnificent, because it fixes a very blatant issue of vanilla if you stare at the back of your character or followers for any amount of time.
If I uploaded this mod 10 years ago it probably would've had tons of downloads, but like you said there's only a dozen of users interested in this now :)

Edit: Works without problems <3

My permissions are open for exactly this reason.

Well done!
