I have and unfinished updated half way done for a year now, but new work is hell and leaves me with no time... so for now I am still hopeful about continuing the mod, but it is a struggle unfortunately
You're a life saver. Been trying for 30 minutes to figure this one out. Then I went here to see if anyone else has this Loot issue. Perfect. Thanks again
Thanks, but didn't fix my holes, and buried Bakery. You can see the top of the Bakery door, and click on it, but it's buried almost to the top. The path has several parts that look like a baseball base on a square of elevated dirt. and as you come out of Solitude, downhill, and take a left toward the docks there is a big hole.
The buried houeses are only a load order issue. Just load SE lower on your LO to make sure it over-writes any other mods editing the landscape around solitude (keep in mind to keepo it above any and all SE patches you may have as well as other mods that specifically request to be at the botom of your load order) :)
I made yet another (hopeful) fix for Solitude Expansion. Not my specialty, but I re-did all of the NavMesh, moved doors a bit so they're reachable, and moved around idle markers so people don't stand in the middle of pathways. Tested it a bit, and seems to be working, though it could probably use some touch-ups. Thought I'd share in case someone wants to try it out (based on version uploaded by CptMcSplody): Google Drive
If your game suddenly starts ctding and you don't know why, remove this mod first! This has happened to me 3 times now. I'm playing for hours/days and everything is fine and then suddenly the game starts crashing and even starting a new game will ctd for no reason. I spent 3 whole days in all trying to figure out what I had installed wrong, what was overwriting what, and eventually, uninstalling all my mods in batches to figure out which one was the dirty actor. All 3 times it was THIS MOD!!! I remove it and everything is fine and the game is playing again instead of 100% ctding every time I start up the game.
Hi, there are some nav-mesh patches made by users pinned above, but in my own game the deleted NavMeshes were not a problem (there is a layer at entrance to the warehouse that I could never undelete/fix hence the persisting loot error)
I just download the Fixed Deleted Navmesh from Mega and installed it by itself. I haven't had any issues so far and it looks absolutely amazing. Love it.
Hi, move SE lower in your load order, its caused by a different mod editing the landscape and overriding the changes made by this mod. Its typically JKs Skyrim, Enhanced Landscapes etc. Hope this helps!
This is the greatest Solitude outskirts mod of alll time.
Unfortunately, it’s completely unusable on Xbox.
Two issues:
- all newly added NPCs have pebble/pink face
- complete CRASH to desktop, without fail, on approach to the docks (the real issue)
I’d like to suggest; I think if you made a version which makes no changes to the docks, it would be less likely to crash and more compatible with other mods for the docks.
What yours does BEST is the area in front of the gate, so much personality, I especially like the mage market stand, and going down the hill, right down to those awesome steps, if you can keep all of that but take out the changes to the docks, I think it’ll probably work on console 👍 it’d half the new NPCs maybe but optimisation would be a good thing.
One final note; it actually requires USSEP on console but I don’t think you mention it does, that’ll be why you might not have had enough people trying it and giving you feedback for console issues.
So yeah! - pebble face on NPCs - crashing on docks - hidden USSEP requirement
I sincerely hope you can fix it, I really love it. Willing and ready to test at your soonest convenience.
So did anyone cleaned the 77 records this mod has? Loot tells me to so I did it and am about to go test it but the mod worked okayish before, aside from the FPS hit from the sheer size of Solitude.
All of these (unless I forgot to clean it prior to uploading last patch) are NavMesh issues in the docks / piers, where I did a lot of landscaping and NavMesh shifting.
The old tools were refusing to automatically delte them, and manual edits were always breaking the new NavMesh layers so I gave up. If a newer tool (update) cleaned them then should be fine (and if navmesh works in the docks then you are definitely ok).
The FPS drop is unfortunaterlly normal, I have been adding lot of occlusion boxes which helped a little but it is still a lot of NPCs and content added to outside cells, so the engine is not a fan :P

Sorry about that :(

Edit: Here's a working link y'all.
Edit
I don't know why, but now Loot is telling me it's solved, but i didn't do anything lol!

You have been warned.
Enhanced Solitude SSE,
Enhanced Solitude Docks,
Solitude Expansion
to work together?
I want this mod to be updated more, and I want various patches to be created...
Are you looking for VAs at all?
How do I fix this ?
