The VR version of the game has pasting in the console built in by default, which means that you end up pasting text twice using the default settings with this mod in the VR version.
Setting bCopyPaste = true, to bCopyPaste = false resolved that issue, and allows for using the console history
Works with my GOG version 1.6.659.08. Thank you for this, I use it mostly for my custom bard songs for become a bard and it saves having to type Set _LP_BardMUSCustomLengthXX to XXX 9 times or more when testing song lengths in game.
Is it possible you could still include some of the other copy and paste options in the 1.6.1130 version, such as being able to copy the console with CTRL + C or being able to choose whether to paste at the cursor position or append the text?

Idek why this was updated for 1.6.1170. The 1.6.1130 version worked fine on 1.6.1170
You should be using that version if you are on Skyrim SE 1.6.1170/1.6.1179.
