How feasible would it be to add HDT to trees or branches? I think that would look awesome if foliage also reacted to force and physical collisions from NPCs.
Community Shaders has Grass Collision from walking. Adding spell effects in a similar manner may not be that far out of reach. There are mods that I never thought possible, don't discount it so readily.
This should fix that. I was using Improved Camera before I installed this, and the first time I ran the game it wouldn't start at all due to the same DLL error. Installing the fix I linked worked

Is this broken for 1170? There is no ambient wind effect happening and none of the spells cause the hair to move. The only things overwriting this mod are mods that are compatible with it. (Embers XD, Kittytail mods)
Under requirements for this mod is "Address Library" AL allows for version independent game object address searching. So AFAIK it will probably work on any SSE version.

Having it in "My Documents" makes it hard to control through mod managers. The same applies to your SMP Wind mod too.
