This mod overhauls the Thieves Guild members and Merchants.
The general appearance of NPCs is achieved through a combination of sculpting with Racemenu, Blender and different normal maps.
There are some options in the FOMOD/download page for you to get this working properly with your set up.
- choose whether to use all NPCs, just males or just females.
- compatibility for vanilla bodies, CBBE and UNP bodies
- compatibility options for RBT users
- 1K facetint by default; 2K Face Tint files on downloads page for high res screens.
If there are any issues, please use the "Bugs" tab to report it.
I struggle to keep up when they are in the comments.

Requirements:
As of v.1.2, Expressive Facial Animations for Males and Females is a soft requirement.
Recommendation: This mod looks best with a skin texture mod. Vanilla skins don't look good.
My recommendation will always be BnP Female Skin and BnP Male Skin since NITHI series is built to work best with it.
If you PC is a potato, try the 2K textures or downscale them to 1K if you need to, using something like CAO.
INSTALL:
1) Download the requirements and the FOMOD installer.
If you are updating, uninstall the old version before installing the new version.
2) Choose your install type and patches.
3) Check the plugins is loading late. You may have to do this manually with vortex.
4) If you want the 2K tints, get them now from Optional Files and install them over the main mod.
5) Play!
Additional Install Notes:
The most recent BB's Thieves Guild files are kept under "old versions" as a legacy option, if for any reason you prefer that version.
