This mod has some weird synergies with Requiem and markarth city overhaul mods.
This mod + City overhauls = OK This mod + Requiem = OK Requiem + City overhauls = OK This mod + Requiem and ANY markarth city overhaul (both inside and outside the city) = Repeatable ctd unless the city overhaul mods are placed BELOW Markarth Road Finished.
Method used = Optional Quick Start - SE + coc markarthexterior01
I'm not really sure what to tell you, sorry. There is no way this mod is causing any CTDs, it is one of the most simple mods there could be. If placing the overhaul mods below this one fixes it, I guess just do that.
