Locational Damage

With Precision and Precision - Unofficial Locational Damage Framework installed, you will no longer suffer injuries to random body parts. Instead, only the body part that is actually being hit will get injured.

Please note that if the hit is recognized by Precision - Unofficial Locational Damage Framework, then the Wound MCM injury chance will be ignored completely.

Unfortunately, only a small fraction of Skyrim animations is covered by the Precision compatible animations at the moment. This means that injured body parts will still be randomized if you are fighting animals, for example.
I haven't been able to find any other plugin that would allow Papyrus hooks for locational damage, so I have created my own pseudo-locational damage system that is based on the direction of the enemy attack. For example, if you are attacked from your right, then only your head, torso, right arm or right leg can be injured. Your left arm and left leg will remain unharmed.
This approach makes just a little bit more sense than the original total randomness of injuries. Although it seems that we'll have to deal with it until someone makes all Skyrim animations to be compatible with Precision or creates something like Felisky's Locational Damage but with Papyrus hooks.

The behavior of blocked attacks has not been changed (i.e. only the right and left arms are eligible for injuries).

Additional Armor Slots Support

The original mod supports only vanilla equipment slots when calculating injury chance and the severity of your injuries. These days we have many mods that provide additional armor pieces using non-standard slots.
So I integrated some of them as follows:

Slot 46 - Torso
Slot 49 - Torso
Slot 52 - Torso
Slot 56 - Torso

Slot 53 - Legs

Slot 57 - Right Arm

Slot 58 - Left Arm
Slot 48 - Left Arm

Block Immunity

If you like, you can now disable arm injuries when blocking attacks successfully.
I totally get IronDusk33's idea behind the original implementation, but I feel like it makes dodge and heavy armor way too strong, and leaves unarmored builds outright unplayable even if the player is skilled enough.

Installation

You can install this mod mid-playthrough, but before installation try to make sure that you are not in combat. Follow these steps:
