Version 1.2
COMPLETE REWORK of exterior navmesh. The good news: NPCs will have a MUCH easier time navigating around outside :D. The bad news: any existing patches for landscape and navmesh edits will need to be completely redone :(.
Moved things around in the outdoor stable area to make room for a new fenced yard and added a goat and a new rooster!
Fixed a floating planter.
Fixed the right Falmer Eye display that was pointing to the wrong item.
Fixed the kids/guest beds, they will now appropriately change ownership factions when you toggle between the two.
Replaced an hourglass in the library that seemed to be causing occasional crashes for some folks.
Added or removed some collision planes where needed.
Added additional separate storage for Dwemer parts in the smithing area and baking supplies in the pantry.

Resized some textures to be a max of 2k (and most textures are already smaller than that).
Changed texture paths of some objects to re-use some of the same textures used elsewhere.
Removed some assets that were not actually being used in the mod.
Added an optional file to restore some 4k textures.
Added a 'Shrines Test Chest' to the main home (through the wall behind the stained glass) and secret gotto (under the floor near the statue). You can toggle collision using the console to access them if you want to test the shrines feature.
