Back in Oblivion, the Boots of the Crusader - being an artifact of Kynareth - had a unique effect called Woodland Grace that would prevent animals from attacking you unless you attack them first. I quite liked it, and was a bit disappointed that the Creation didn't have the same effect.
This simple mod restores the effect. While you have the boots equipped, animals won't attack you, and timid animals such as deer won't run away from you.
If you take the boots off when near a would-be hostile animal, it will attack you.
Putting the boots on when an animal is already hostile will not stop it from continuing to attack.

Completely compatible with the Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patches as well as Knight of the North.
Flagged as ESL. Will work regardless of game version, so long as you own Divine Crusader.
