I like this Mod, a good Idea for me because I set all my skills at the start of a play-through so this helps from getting unwanted skills. (yeah I know it's cheating but who really is playing the actual game these days anyway.) Endorsed!
Would be cool if the Warrior/Thief/Wizard stone blocked only certain skills from leveling. Would be a really minimal way of having a class system. Maybe ine exchange of a little experience bonus?
For example the Warrior Stone could block Archery, Stealth, Illusion, Conjuration, Alteration, Restoration skill and you get a 1.5 EXP Bonus

Please check the perks in the CK. For me it looks like it works just for some skills and not all.
