Added Enchanting and fixed the Mage Stone
My first mod. I could not find any simple mods to stop leveling so I made this one.
The Warrior Stone STOPS ALL Skills from increasing. The Mage Stone increases all skills 10X faster. The Thief Stone increases all skills by 100X. The Lover Stone by 1000X making it instant for most skills.
