In addition to slowly fleshing out Solitude and being happy with it, I have been working on updates. This mod is well overdue for an update to fix a few small bugs, but also, to improve the quality of some NPCs, and I hope to bring it to you soon.
I don't think this is true anymore. RSV got an update, and the RBT patch causes purple faces with half the NPCs touched by this mod. I installed this mod without the RBT patch and now all is well. I have the same issue with any mods of yours that come with a RBT patch.
My mods don't change the base skin texture (ie what is purple), only the normal maps - if it was the normal maps, the faces would be weirdly pasty. So the issue lays with what RSV changes. When I published the mod I know this wasn't the case since I had RSV working with the RBT versions and at a glance, it seems like everything should be working correctly if RSV is loading before my mod. But I'll take another look at this today and see if I can figure out what needs to be patched.
Late to the party, but RSV is working off of Spid now, for good and bad. Might need a blacklist to exclude npc's. Honestly considering dropping RSV if I encounter a lot of conflicts. Already seen a few npc's with different tinted face than body thanks to it (not due to this mod). It's apparently easy to just add the npc in question to the blacklist in the spid-file, but it's tedious work as you don't really know until you encounter them ingame.
Question though, should we still choose "yes" when fomod asks if we have RSV installed? What about the mods that ask about RBT?
If you are you RSV SPID, I can confirm that you can simply install the mod WITHOUT any patches. Do not install the RBT patch. You don't need it at all, RSV SPID will overwrite whatever is already there :)

Hi. I have bugged wood elves with UNP - NO RBT options, faces are just glowing (not purple, textures are there) and look the same and broken overall. I tried to fix myself, but i dont know whats wrong exactly.

Hi there, I like your mod a lot, but I'm having an issue where shins/calves are disappearing for both the CBBE and UNP bodies for this mod and the thieves guild mod. I've tried using both the RBT and regular versions but I get same outcome.
I don't know if this is even related, but I looked into the xEdit and found that the NakedList was missing the NakedFeet FormID, I tried a couple things like copying the vanilla form to the mod but I am a potato brain, and cannot squash this bug.
Funny you say that, because I too had an issue with this while I was in testing. I don't remember what I did to fix it, only that I did. But while I was developing the Eastmarch mod, I came across it again and I think I solved it? It's a bug with the custom normal maps being added as a skin, if the order that the body parts are added doesn't follow "Torso > hands > feet" then the bottom of their legs disappear. I mean I *think* that's what it is. I wish I knew what I did specifically to fix this for this mod in my game, because as they say there is more than one way to skin a cat.
I've put this down in my notes as something to check when I do eventually get to updating/releasing more content. I'm still a bit tied up with a lot going on right now (good things, thankfully) and moving again, though I suspect when I settle down I'll have a bit more time and headspace to dedicate to polishing and finishing this series :)
any chance you could make Indaryn a preset? I’ve tried replicating him so that I could build off of that as a template but the face section is giving me trouble
I love how they look but unfortunately my Shadr is has no face... just floating teeth. I've tried reinstalling and the mod's not being overwritten... any ideas?
He uses vanilla hair textures, and some users are having problems with those loading. I don't know why it happens only to some people and whether it's configuration on my end or theirs. Maybe I can figure it out today.
I need help my Mjoll ha only teeth, the body texture is good. Only invisible head with teeth. If you know any incompatible mod. I use Vortex for manage my mod
Pretty much anything that edits Mjoll needs to go before my mod in your load order or needs a patch. You should check in xEdit for conflicts, it's really impossible for me to tell you which mods will conflict with your own personal Load Order
