    Weird thing with this mod - it makes power attack deal insane damage through block, higher than without blocking. Is this a bug or feature?

    Been trying this mod but found a few features from Inpa seklro/Valhalla that i feel are sorely missing, blocking spells still cause you to take damage and you cant deflect them back at the attacker, anyone know of a lightweight alternative for either feature or both?

      That was exactly what I was missing from Inpa. I am thinking of installing this one as it seems relatively modular: Deflection - Dynamic Combat Overhaul at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

    getting soft freezes, digging through papyrus logs and there are a lot of errors related to this mod.

      I've been getting freezes too and I noticed my papyrus logs look the same as yours.

      I use a lot of enemy density mods so the script engine might be getting overloaded, i ended up just disabling the mod

    What should I do if I want to only restore stamina when the parry is successful without causing the other side to decrease

    For anyone interested only in the stagger mechanic, I deleted some entries with ssedit under Magic effect and Spell entries and this is what I have left: click
    Now it's just the spark and push npc effects when timed blocking.  No more stamina regen or health inmunity. 
    I also fixed some sound FX where flesh sounded like a shield, etc. This can be fixed under Impact Data Set category, where this mod was overwriting vanilla sounds.

      I am using it with Nolvus It's compatible with valhalla and ultimate combat, along with whatever else is in the modlist. It synergizes very well and makes the combat a LOT more fun and engaging than just dodge rolling enemies.

      works fine for me, but i'm not getting the sfx or vfx when blocking during an attack for some reason.

      you need to turn off valhalla combat timed block in mcm

      Same, I think it only triggers in combat though, are you getting it outside of fights?
