The Mod Page doesnt really invite to download the Mod but I once downloaded it Years ago, bcs I hate the vanilla Sound, and I cant play Skyrim without it.
This... works really really well. Like, I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I'm really glad I clicked this mod, because this is perfect for my creepier stealthier style of character. Absolutely marvelous!
The raw sound file itself had me skeptical because of the instrumental hit in the beginning that has nothing to do with the actual sound itself, which is only present because it was sampled from the movie. That said, actually playing with it in game, it sounds amazing. You don't hear that instrumental hit at all. I do agree with LibraryDevil that a LITTLE bit louder would probably be good, because as it is, it's perhaps a bit too subtle.
This is a small but very effective change to my game. I have to say I had my doubts, it's quite hard to picture it in the moment. But it's appropriately mixed in volume levels (maybe could even be louder) and REALLY fits in to the tone of the game. Whether a sneak attack on some poor wolf that's alone or an enemy that knows you are around and just not where... It truly captures the moment a lot better than the stock sound.
If you are someone who desires the stock sound for criticals go away I highly recommend this as your solution. Thanks for the upload!
I could see the sound in game being 10 to 25% louder, it often gets overwhelmed by the sound effect happening at that second, but this is a nice small emotional upgrade and makes sneaking more fun.

For note, the villain is wonderful, but the rest of the movie is kinda... Meh?
