All enchantments are still present. I’ve just gone and added a description to the items so instead of displaying what the enchantment is the description replaces it so if you go into active effects when wearing the armour it will still be there.
This mod would be neat if it was a simple replacer for the CC Armors, but it is filled with vanilla npc edits and includes its own meshes. Therefore, bodyslides will not work with this mod. The only fix for this is to go into the esp with XEdit and rename every nif one by one and remove all of the npc edits.
Keep in mind, if you use Sons of Skyrim and Authentic/New Legion, the NPC's armors/weapons are replaced by those mods except for the CC armors and weapons.
Also, @wezer1871 mentioned that the game will not register you taking the armor. This is correct. If you want to use this mod, you must keep it deactivated until after you empty the chest. Save the game. Activate the mod. Reload the save and then the armor and weapon will be replaced.
If the author ever comes back to this one, a simple replacer for the CC armors would suffice. Just list Sons of Skyrim and Authentic/New Legion as requirements and call it a day. Props to the mod author for the effort.
if anyone has a problem where it doesnt register you taking the armour out of the castle dour chest deactivate the mod take it from the chest then reactivate the mod for some reason its broken
I actually made a mod just like this for personal use. (only the Imperial armor, though. I wanted the Imperial Dragon Armor to be closer to how it was in Oblivion.) And accidentally deleted it without uploading it anywhere. Thanks for this one!
Thanks for the mod. The only improvement I could think of is an option for a one handed sword instead of the axe since its clipping through the horn and pouch.
