The aesthetics are magnificent...but the scaling/proportions are ridiculous. The greatsword alone is half the width of the character. It certainly fits with vanilla scaling (which is just as ridiculous), but the absurd scaling is what keeps me from using this. It's a shame, as these and many of your other works (like the Lunar Armory) are quite spectacular in all other regards.
To each their own, but I get it though. Somehow I've really started to appreciate that cluncky weapon aestethic, and I think that shows in my latest mods. It's a lot more fun to design such a ridiculously propositioned weapon!
Yeah I like to mix it up from time to time. Sometimes I enjoy the over-the-top fantasy clunkiness of Skyrim's weapons, sometimes I install something like Believable Weapons.
Very very minor bug (unless it's intentional) I found in the esp. SubCharTHalmor04Melee assigns 2 female entries, but every other part adds 1 male and 1 female. I think it's just a minor typo, and really not a big deal.
Hey, really love your mods, but I was getting the mismatched face colour on one of the added Thalmors. Easy test is to load no other mods then coc into "MarkarthUnderStoneKeep", target the Thalmor soldier, and "reycleactor" to cycle through Thalmors. Eventually it'll load the Vanguard one (if it's not already loaded) and you'll see the mismatch. I had to generate facegendata to fix it. Let me know if you want a copy of it.
I was messing around with Live Another Life, and was trying to figure out why half the Altmer at Northwatch Keep were missing their face. It was only the ones using Greatswords and Warhammers, might be something there.
In your description:"Elven Steel will replace all normal Steel weapons on Thalmor", I mean can we have a version that doesn't replace vanilla weapons, but just add your new ones to the leveled list so we have both of them available ?

Hi, do you think that this mod + Thalmor Rearmed would be ok to use with Arma Thalmoris? I'm playing a playthrough with the Second Great War mod installed for the first time and thought these two mods would make the war even more exciting.

Make sure that your load order is correct. It should be like this:
- Elven Steel Weapons main file
- HA Addition
- WACCF/CCOR for Heavy Armory or Animated Armoury
- Elven Steel CCOR/WACCF patches
Just make sure any patches for HA and AA load before patches for Elven Steel.

i think he means like it dont replace weapons on thalmor and might i add in to it
