Khajiit: +15 to sneak, +10 to archery and onehanded, +5 to lockpicking, pickpocket and alchemy
New passive: Khajiits sneak 15% better
Base stats change: Khajiit base health buffed from 90 to 110
Redguards: +15 to onehanded, +10 to block and archery, +5 to Smithing, alteration and destruction
Adrenaline rush replaced by: +10% attack speed at all times, 1/1.5/2/3 points of stamina per second at the levels 1/10/20/30
Base stats change: Redguard base magicka buffed from 70 to 80
Orcs: +15 to Heavy armor, +10 to evasion and smithing, +5 to one handed, two handed and block
Berserker's rage replaced by: +10% damage dealt and -10% damage received at all times, 10% melee armor penetration, +10 in smithing skill
Base stats maintained
Bosmer: +15 to archery, +10 to evasion and alchemy, +5 to sneaking, lockpicking and pickpocket
Call animal replaced by: 10% faster pulling and reloading with Bows and crossbows, +10% marksman armor penetration.
Strange meat weight adjusted from 1 to 4, duration extended from 600 to 1800 seconds

Altmer: +15 to destruction, +10 to Illusion and alteration, +5 to Conjuration, restoration and enchanting
Highborn replaced by: 1/3/6/10 points of magicka per second at the levels 1/10/20/30 and immunity to paralysis
Altmer's 40% weakness to magic replaced by mod incoming spell damage to 1.2, they now will receive 20% more damage but won't affect their magicka resistance, making them the second faster to stack magic resistance, but will always receive 20% more damage.
Base stats change: High elfs base magicka buffed from 130 to 150, highborn magicka buff reajusted from 50 to 30
Imperials: +15 to Heavy armor, +10 to speech and light armor, +5 to onehanded, twohanded and restoration
Voice of the emperor replaced by: +15 in speech skill and 15% better barter

Argonians: +15 to Restoration, +10 to evasion and lockpicking, +5 to pickpocket, sneak and alteration
Hitskin replaced by: 1/2/4/7 points of health per second at the levels 1/10/20/30, 50% faster swim and 50 points of base armor rating
Base stats change: Argonians base health buffed from 105 to 110
Breton: +15 to Conjuration, +10 to alteration and restoration, +5 to speech, alchemy and illusion
Dragonskin replaced by: 15% constant chance to absorb hostile spells

Dummer: +15 to destruction, +10 to onehanded and evasion, +5 to sneak, alteration and illusion
Ancestor guardian replaced by: 0.5/1/1.5/2 points of both stamina and magicka per second at the levels 1/10/20/30
Base stats change: Dummers base stamina buffed from 100 to 110, Base magicka buffed from 100 to 110
Nords: +15 to Two handed, +10 to one handed and heavy armor, +5 to Block, smithing and evasion
Tongue's trance remain the way it is

Argonian Regen reduced to 1/1.5/2/3 points of health per second
Altmer Magicka regen reduced to 1/2/4/7 points of magicka per second
Orcs have a 8% movement speed debuff, Orcs have a 30 extra health (i like that Orcs enemies are slower but tougher than others so it lives up to it's name in fantasy rpg)
Redguards attack speed bonus increased to 15%, they also have 2.5% higher move speed
Imperial Dicipline has a new effect: Having dicipline in their upbringing, Imperials tend to take their studies more seriously, thus making more use of knowledge given: Skill books grants 3 instead of 1 skill point
Khajiit's have minor frost resistance: their fur also makes them slightely resistent to cold +15% frost resistance
Nords have 20/25/30/40% shout cooldown reduction instead of Tongue trance (they still receive double the time when taking the perk (the way of the voice)

Redguards Skills changed to: +15 in onehanded, +10 in Evasion, +10 in alteration, +5 in destruction, +5 in archery and +5 to block
Khajiit Skills changed to: +15 in Archery, +10 to onehanded and Sneak, +5 to alchemy, pickpocket and lockpicking
Altmer's Skills changed to: +15 in destruction, +10 to conjuration and restoration, +5 to Illusion, Alteration and enchanting.
Those changes were made to balance it out with other races that had either a offensive skill buff, or damage boost, or both.
Altmer's Weakness to magic back but reduced to 10% weakness to magic.
