About this mod

This mod aims to bring a passive version of the Racial Traits introduced by Requiem, while rebalancing some of the races.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
All once per day powers have been replaced with a constant effect version, most of the time similar to the previous abilities.

The changes also includes the starting stats (health/stamina and magicka) and the stronger starting skill (the skills a race start stronger than others).

Now every race has one advanced skill (+15) two average skills (+10) and 3 regular skills (+5 starting levels)

The exact changes made are:

Racial perks redone 3.0

Argonians: Skills: +15 to Restoration, +10 to evasion and lockpicking, +5 to pickpocket, sneak and alteration
Hitskin replaced by: 1 points of health per second at all times, 100 points of armor rating and +25 points of unarmed damage]
Argonian's 90% poison and disease resistance maintained
restore health increased to 5 points per second if under the water or raining.

Breton: +15 to Conjuration, +10 to alteration and restoration, +5 to speech, alchemy and illusion
Dragonskin replaced by: 15% constant chance to absorb hostile spells and 10% reduced spell cost
20% resistance to magic maintained
Base stats maintained

Orcs: +15 to Heavy armor, +10 to two handed and smithing, +5 to one handed, evasion and block
Berserker's rage replaced by: +20% damage dealt at all times and 2 points of stamina per second while in combat.
Base stats maintained

Bosmer: +15 to archery, +10 to evasion and alchemy, +5 to sneaking, lockpicking and pickpocket
Call animal replaced by: 10% faster pulling and reloading with Bows and crossbows, +10% marksman armor penetration.
Strange meat weight adjusted from 1 to 3, duration extended from 600 to 1800 seconds
Base stats maintained

Altmer: +15 to destruction, +10 to conjuration and restoration, +5 to Illusion, Alteration and enchanting
Highborn replaced by: 1 point of magicka per second at all times and immunity to paralysis
Altmer's 40% weakness to magicka removed.
Base stats maintained.

Khajiit: +15 in Archery, +10 to onehanded and Sneak, +5 to alchemy, pickpocket and lockpicking
Khajiits sneak 10% better
15% faster movement speed maintained
Base stats change: Khajiit base health buffed from 90 to 110

Redguards: +15 to onehanded, +10 to evasion and alteration, +5 to destruction, archery and block
Adrenaline rush replaced by: +10% attack speed and 1 point of stamina per second at all times.
75% resistance to poison and diseases maintained
Base stats change: Redguard base stamina buffed from 120 to 130

Imperials: +15 to Heavy armor, +10 to speech and light armor, +5 to onehanded, twohanded and restoration
Voice of the emperor replaced by: +15 in speech skill and 15% better barter
Imperial's +50 points of stamina maintained
Imperial Dicipline has a new effect: Having dicipline in their upbringing, Imperials tend to take their studies more seriously, thus making more use of knowledge given: Skill books grants 3 instead of 1 skill point
Base stats maintained

Dunmer: +15 to destruction, +10 to onehanded and evasion, +5 to sneak, alteration and conjuration
Ancestor guardian replaced by: 0.5 points of both stamina and magicka per second at all times.
+65% resistance to fire maintained
Base stats change: Dummers base stamina buffed from 100 to 110, Base magicka buffed from 100 to 110

Nords: +15 to Two handed, +10 to one handed and heavy armor, +5 to Block, smithing and evasion
+50% resistance to frost and 25% to shock maintained
Tongue's trance replaced with: 20% shout cooldown recovery (Nords still receive double the time when taking The tongue's trance perk)
Nordic fortitude now includes +5% damage dealt and -5% damage received at all times
Base stats maintained

All passive effects are displayed correctly with their appropriate names, with both the ''Roleplaying description'' and the actual effects
