Thanks for this mod, we are getting closer to something more realistic. One thing that always bothered me in the fights and never corrected by any mod it seems, is the energy deployed by the enemies regardless of their health level. They fight furiously with the same vigor even though they are going to die in the next few seconds, which makes no sense. The speed and damage done should be proportional to the remaining health and stamina. Perhaps an exception can be made for undead, ghosts and skeletons, as they are already dead which makes them even more dangerous.
Good idea for a mod. A version where you gain your speed back incrementally would be icing on the cake. Maybe something like a 75% debuff for 3 seconds, then 50%, then 25% also each for 3 seconds. That way it's less jarring. Either way though, this is cool, and thanks for making it.
Can you make another mod where the full depletion recharge timer of magicka and stamina immediately start recharging? So they instantly start recharging again when they deplete fully? :o

I wonder if it would be possible to make to speed reduce logarithmic or linear proportional between configurable thresholds.
So that you have still 100% speed at lets say 50% stamina and just 25% speed at 10% stamina or so. And fluid decrease in between.
I guess this would make the change more organic.
I use already these mods to make the fights a bit more interesting, Wildcat, Combat Stamina Requirements and Naptime Lite.
