ABOUT

This is a simple plugin that merges my big NPC overhauls together into one esp to save plugin slots. This merge does not contain any of my small replacers, they are merged in a separate file here.
For this mod to work it is very important that you read this mod page properly! I'll happily help with any issues but I won't waste my time if you ask something that's explained here, so keep that in mind.

REGARDING USSEP: The latest version of this merge no longer requires USSEP, which also means that it doesn't contain every single USSEP edit. I have forwardest most USSEP edits, but left out the ones that would force it to become a dependency. I did this to avoid compatibility issues with the hundreds of game versions available; SE, AE, GOG versions... it's too much of a mess and I don't know enough to deal with it.
This means that if you want those missing USSEP edits, you will need a patch - but you won't miss them if you don't use one, and nothing will explode.
If you make a patch yourself, do not touch CWGalmar - that edit is there on purpose.

INSTALLATION
Step 1: Download and install the latest versions of ALL of my mods linked under "requirements" above - you can choose any options you want in the installers. Old versions of the individual mods are not supported and will not work with this merge.

Step 2: Download and install this mod.

Step 3: Uncheck or delete these esp files (not the mods, only the actual plugins!)

PAN_NPCs.esp
PAN_NPCs_DG.esp
PAN_NPCs_DB.esp
PAN_NPCs_Males.esp
PAN_NPCs_Males2.esp
PAN_NPCs_Males3.esp

Only PAN_AIO_big.esp should be activated. Done!

FAQ
Q: What if I don't want to use all those replacers?
A: You will need to install them anyway for this mod to work, otherwise you will have some problems. You can still install other replacers and load them after this and they will overwrite it. For example, if you want to use another replacer for Marcurio, just install this mod according to instructions and then install your preferred Marcurio replacer after, but make sure that esp is loaded after this one.

Q: Can I use patches made for the individual mods?
A: No, most patches for the individual mods will not work without those plugins being activated - which ruins the point of this merge and if those patches are important for your setup, I would just skip this AIO merge or try the synthesis patcher tool.

Q: I have already merged some of these, do I need this mod?
A: No, if you know how to merge mods yourself then you really don't have to use this one. The only real benefit of using my official merge instead of your own would be any patches made specifically for this file.

Q: An NPC is naked!
A: That will happen if an NPC's outfit has been edited on an existing save game. It's easily fixed by opening the console, targeting the naked NPC and using the resetinventory command. This is not a problem on new saves.

Q: Help, the faces are messed up/I have the blackface bug/the heads are bald!
A: Rearrange your load order, put this mod near the bottom, or reinstall. Take a look at your load order to see if any of your other mods might be incompatible with this one. Make sure all the mods in this merge are up to date. Feel free to ask for help in the comments, but please save us both some time and do some troubleshooting on your own first!

Q: An NPC has a neck gap!
A: If you install this mid playthrough on top of another mod that edits NPC weights, some NPCs will have neck gaps. You can easily solve this by clicking on the NPC via the console and typing setnpcweight XX (XX being the desired weight) followed by disable then enable. For example - let's say Sybille Stentor has a neck gap. Open the console, click on Sybille and type the following commands: setnpcweight 20 then disable and lastly enable

Q: Can you add/change/remove something?
A: Not unless there is an actual problem with my mod. I will absolutely not make any special versions for strangers on the internet.

Q: I use an earlier version of one of these mods, can I still use this merge?
A: No, only the latest version of each mod is supported. If you insist on using outdated versions I suggest you merge them yourself, I use zMerge and highly recommend it.
