This mod only affects potions of well-being. I would recommend using both, since the mod you linked only affects regular health, magicka, and stamina potions. You can combine both of these mods into one esp by making a bashed patch using WryBash.
I cannot move the potions to another group, unfortunately. The game flags them as "Ingestable" items, like food (which is why they are in that group). If I moved them to that group, you could no longer drink them, as they would not be recognized as potions in the game.
