I haven't figured out the first thing, maybe it only has animation for front flip? Maybe you need the parkour mod for different flips?
For the second part, if you open the mod in SSE edit you can just delete the ghost effect. It's one line and I tested it and it works fine. Hope this wasn't too late and it helps!
No, this mod by itself doesn't seem to change the jump speed, but it adds some flips in mid air, and turns the player temporarily into spirit form. It is basically Better Jump SE (and optionally, Jump Attack) with some flips and temporary transformation. You can use the no-slow-time version of this mod, as the slow-time version has some issues as per comments below.
It becomes active at the end of first jump, but it doesn't last till rest of the jump, so it is pointless as it doesn't avoid the fall damage (we need another mod to mitigate the fall damage, as this mod makes the jump extremely high, though I admit it does look quite cool reaching and falling from that dizzying height), I don't think any enemy will manage to attack the player in mid jump.
when I use this mod the time slow effect doesn't work on my character correctly. To be specific, time does slow down in all surroundings, but my character immediately stops aiming bow and just falls, then time stays slowed for a bit after. Any idea what could be the issue?
For anyone wondering how to use SOW Spirit Jump with Smooth's Random Jump Animations (Weapon Sheathed): Go into Smooth's mods folder (in MO2 right-click the mod and choose "Reveal in Explorer"), open every condition.txt and append <whatever statement is last> AND NOT IsInAir() to each (just put it in the last line). That will prevent the same animation to play again when double jumping (when you're already in the air). So you get Smooth's jumps from the ground and the flip when in air / double jumping.
Another issue I had: When I added a requirement for double jumping in Better Jumping's ini and I didn't meet the requirement (Having Perk XY) I would sometimes get the Spirit Jump / Flip from the ground and it looked really buggy. To counter this you can also add another statement to SOW Spirit Jumps Condition.txt files and again just add it at the bottom of the file. For me it looks like this: <whatever statement is last> AND HasPerk("Skyrim.esm"|0x0005820c) (Light Foot Skill) Additionally I also increased the Priority for these animations by increasing the folder number (I added 800 in front of them).
this mod is dope same with ur vids but can we get an INI for the slow time effect to make it longer or shorter i love it but if it was a little slower it would be perfect
there's 2 ways to do it. easy way is to open the mod in Xedit and change the duration of the slow time spell to whatever you want. takes less than 30 seconds.
Other way is to write a script to handle the slow time stuff and setup an MCM menu to let you configure the slow time duration in game, not gonna go into how to accomplish that here, but it's certainly doable.

But it seems to be a great mod.
