Is it possible Babette has vampire glowing eyes ? Meshes does not work in VR and her eye are ''missing' Would it be possible for you to include a fix for us VR player ? :) https://imgur.com/a/2uoJOuY I have no experience with Nifscope. Pretty sure any other VR player would love this fix and the whole community using Mad God's Overhaul modlist would thank you :) Appreciate your work ! Your NPC are awesome !
You are probably right ;) Maybe RSV was causing issues. Got a special babette replacer now Everything works ! Still using your mod in the modlist ;) Awesome work btw
Your work is some of the best there is and thank you for doing all of these overhauls! I know you are working on Markarth currently but are you looking to redo DB and CoW under Nithi like you did for Companions? Just wondering how attached I should get to my most recent save. Thanks again!
Yes those mods will get reworked. I'm going to try to work it so that no form ID numbers change, only get added. It should be safe on an existing save in that case :)
Well once all the holds npcs are completed Then i will finally start my skyrim playthrough by then there are a lot...lots of mods popping up every month :) and continues the loop of re-modding skyrim lol.
What I would do: download the mod manually. Unzip it.
Copy just the .esp to your data folder for now. Open xEdit and load my mod. On the left there is a tab with my mod name. Under there should be a list of NPCs. There are 3 "versions" of Cicero in the game if I remember correctly. Write down the base ID of all 3. On each one right click and choose remove. Do that 3 times. Close xEdit and save. Copy the editted .esp from your data folder back into my mod folder to overwrite the old file.
Now open the manually downloaded mod folder. Go to meshes and follow the file patch right to the end. In the last folder (skyrim.esm) find cicero's IDs that you wrote down. And delete them.
Then do the same in the textures folder. Delete the 3 different base IDs.
Seriously I didn't look at the patch file. Before I asked that. I'm stupid. I'm so happy that I learn stuff and that this part of the set up is finished. But I'm kinda sad to not get to enjoy your jester. Look cool. Sinister looking. Thanks again.
You'll be able to see all 3 versions of Cicero in xEdit, you'll need to remove them there (and note the base IDs) before removing the facegen files (nif and dds).
I did it, but cicero is still there with dark face and voice from ciceria lol idk what i did wrong i followed step by step And I only have your mods regarding the npc:((
It works for me, You might mess up somewhere in the step. I just start learning a bunch of stuff. I just recently fixed bad pathing for some of my favorite followers that has incorrect texture path. Then I when down into the rabbit hole. luckily people help me and I learn more stuff lmao. At this point I think I'm masochist now, I think I enjoy learning more stuff than playing the damn game itself because I got most of my setup works but then I'm bored, I'm anticipating with hope to find new problem to solve.
Welcome to the dark side, there's no escape now :')
Best way to learn is to mess with stuff and ask questions I think. And be prepared to break stuff a little - it's a good idea to have a seperate modding profile specifically for this. I just make a copy of my main profile whenever I feel like tinkering, because if something goes wrong it's not a huge deal
you know, I personally think your NPCs overhaul is the best, because each NPC has his/her own distinguishing feature, unlike some of the overhauls which are beautiful but every npc looks the same.
Open console, select Nazir and then write "resetinventory". Its because his outfit is a version with the hood removed, a little annoying but easily fixed :) <3

I think the main file's name requires a small correction as it is still indicated as 1.0 version, even though it is 1.1. Might confuse some people
