Reverts the change made by the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch for Windshear.

Reverts the change made by the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch for Windshear (dunKatariahScimitar) that removed the weapon enchantment "EnchStagger" which by default is set to have a 100% Stun Rate on hit.
The Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch removed the enchantment from the weapon entirely, leaving it as an Unenchanted Scimitar. This mod reverts that change by overwriting the weapon's enchantment and readds the enchantment.
There are currently 4 version available in the installer. (More can be made at request)
100% Stagger chance + No Charge Requirements (AKA completely Vanilla revert)
100% Stagger chance + 250 Charge (My Personal choice as it adds some semblance of balance to the weapon)
50% Stagger chance + 250 Charge
25% Stagger chance + 250 Charge
This does not contain any code or information from USSEP and only uses it as a dependency for the sake of load order.
Should be compatible with basically anything. If not please let me know and Ill see what I can do to resolve it.
