Reverts the change made by the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch for Windshear (dunKatariahScimitar) that removed the 100% Stun Rate caused by the weapon enchantment "EnchStagger".
There are 3 versions to choose from, Please only install one file.
The Main file restores the 100% stagger rate from the base game.
The 2 Miscellaneous files only have 25% or 50% stagger rates.
This does not contain any code or information from USSEP and only uses it as a dependency adds the weapon enchantment "EnchStagger"
