Know that feeling, i work/doing my phd at a university hospital lab, don't have the same amount of time any more. Hope modding can still be a relaxing pasttime for you as it is for me.
While it looks quite nice I noticed that the Parallax seems a bit strong which can look a bit unrealistic close up. Is this intended? Is there some setting I can change to reduce the effect?

I do have one question, and that is about the file sizes. I'm noticing the 8k file sizes being the same as the 4k and 2k options while 256 is double the size of all three of them. Did the same file get uploaded multiple times?
Part 3 is giving me a data error, tried downloading multiple times. I will try manually downloading next, maybe that will be different.

FYI 7-zip (.7z) files are smaller than .zip files. I don't know if you need to use .zip for a particular reason, but if you don't, you might consider switching. It will save you disk space, and improve upload and download times.
You need to wait for the Nexus servers to catch up. Revisit tomorrow. If you are concerned with not being able to download files from the Nexus servers then you need to contact them. I am not employed by Nexus and have no way of resolving server issues.
It's a retexture of the ayleid assets added via bethesda as well as some made. All the elves use the same architecture with different textures (reference ESO). My retexture uses aetherium, bronze, stone, and Falmeri motiffs.

Note that I have turned off parallax and adjusted specular values for the meshes as well as added the texture to some additional meshes used for this.

Do you happen to have the original textures for the square gate? It would be the argate01.dds and argate01_n.dds files.
