Sorry for what I'm going to say, but I dont like this one. Looks like an old grandpa and has the same position like vanilla statue one. I was expecting a more ferocious pose showing all his strenght and terror.
He does look like his ESO depiction, but I also was expecting something 'more'. Here he looks like the vanilla model just had his head swapped to the ESO one.. I expected some religious symbolism. Tongue out, a more menacing face, maybe items on the empty hands, maybe more spikes coming out of the body.. dunno, anything to make him look like he is a destructive force
darioslayer15 Ah yes. Having naked female Aedra/Daedra statues on the Nexus is fine. But if someone wants naked male ones, they are being redirected to 4chan. Wtf, dude?
If I ever will be a grandpa then I wanna look like that. Chances are low, sadly as I am woman…but one can dream.
Jokes aside, one must as well always think of clipping and game itself. On this particular spot we will have as well Dragon fights. So sometimes Design is as well limited by game itself. I don’t think it would work changing up the design extremely here. Just as an explanation why this one stayed particularly close to the original one.
I'm very grateful for all the work Mandragorasprouts puts into these beautiful statues. I've really loved a lot of them. But most authors want feedback, provided it's not insulting, and I have to say that this one misses the mark for me, too. The vanilla version wasn't great, but it conveyed a sense of motion and ferocity that this one doesn't. He looks too peaceful, too smoothly human, too sedentary. In the vanilla version he's clawing at the rocks with 3/4 arms to propel himself forward; about to leap from his perch at any moment. His mouth is open in fierce rage. Here he's just sort of sitting there, soft-looking hands resting on the rocks and his thigh, looking disapproving. I get why the above commenter said he looked like a grandpa. I preferred the mouth-open scream of rage and contempt. There's no denying that this is super well-done like all their sculptures, but it's just not the Prince of Destruction, Change, Revolution, Energy, and Ambition to me. My $.02 worth.
@SuzanoSho I'm certain a lot of ppl are fine with naked male statues just like a lot are fine with naked female statues. I'm ok with seeing one but not the other. if u want to complain about naked statues, go to the female naked ones, cus males ones barely exist(only one mod), which is why ppl are asking for some. basically stop being a jerk, just cus u don't agree with something doesn't mean it shouldn't exist
What do you mean "sorry for what I'm going to say"?
I mean, people can have their opinions but that's a little ungrateful. The modder who made this is more likely to listen to you if you're a bit more constructive...
It arranges the area where the new statue stands, as it doesn't have the same exact proportions than the original vanilla one. And don't worry, It's flagged ESL, so it won't count on your load order.
Is the collection for SE or AE? When the installer for the collection starts, Vortex reports a possible version problem... 1.5 (SE) vs 1.6 (AE). So which is it? Or is the version non-relevant?
