Super simple mod I made for my personal game a few weeks ago, but it coincided with a request on Reddit's /r/SkyrimMods the other day, so I decided to post it. Simply adds a random chance reduction to the shared dialogue between player and all NPCs for the grunts/yelling/heaving during combat and injuries. This is for those of us who have spent thousands of hours hearing "RYAHH!! BLABRLGHH!!" over and over and want to tone it down.
50% reduction and 75% reduction options available. Just install and go, safe to remove whenever.
Small tip: If you're experienced at it, this is good to just add into your merged patch / bashed patch to avoid using a plugin slot. I keep a "PatchOfPatches.esp" at the end of my load order for stuffing things into like this that are simple vanilla overrides (game settings, etc.)
