If you tried the mod before and the quest didn't start, please know version 1.10 solves this issue and it gives you extra ways to start the quest.
Please, keep in mind that the vanilla requirements to start the quest are still in place:
In vanilla you must be at least level 20. (This level threshold might be different if using Timing is Everything or similar mods)
You must have completed the quest "Dragon Rising".
If you have CC plugins installed: You must exhaust all CC "rumors and jobs" from Hulda until you get the quest. This is no longer necessary with this update, as you can speak to Hulda or Mikael to bring up the quest directly once the other requirements are met (Or you can still go through the vanilla route of exhausting those jobs.)

and yes I won't recommend this mod itself unless they add unused stuff like Hrongar becoming Jarl rather than Balgruuf and I am tired of excuses modders saying its not possible , it is possible but you have make stuff on creation kit and master it

i have the more to say merged version with this break if i don't use the patch? can i make a dummy esp of moretosaywhiterun.esp and will it still work? could someone make a patch if needed lol? thanks for sharing this with everyone!
I'm stuck with an incompletable quest "decide the fate of the ebony blade". I destroyed it in the Aetherium forge but the quest is still active. Whats the setstage quest ID and number so I can remove it?
