added a factionrelation check for the non crime faction witness so even if they aren't personally best friends with the victim, they will defend them if they are allies. helps for patrols added by Immersive Patrols and possibly others

looks like Gunjar change from 1.2 got lost - adding back in. also corrected a relationshiprank check so that random witnesses won't take looting bandit bodies personally

Refined detection to avoid picking the wrong corpse target. Added subtle looting ability to pretend to mourn while looting a corpse, with standard penalties on failure
