About this mod

This mod adds 5 new creatures to the world, as well as conjuration spells to summon them.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Version 1.1 is out now! A new creature has been added: The Clannfear! Also this version rebalances the health and damage values of the minions, as well as some bug fixes.

Special note: The Clannfear has custom sounds added, however I was limited to which sounds I could change without changing what sounds werewolves use too, because the clannfear is basically a reskinned werewolf. So I've included an optional file that replaces the behavior.hkx file of the werewolf so that it is able to use the custom clannfear sounds, but be aware that this file will make all werewolves sound like the new clannfear.

In the main file, the sounds that the clannfear uses are hit, death, and sprinting sounds and werewolves remain unaffected.

If you download the optional file as well, then the clannfear can use the attack, breathe, and awake sounds (but it also applies to werewolves unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to add these custom sounds without replacing the werewolfbehavior.hkx file).

New Creature Encounters
You may encounter the Daedrat, Clannfear and Twilight creatures in the world. They are lurking where Warlocks, Necromancers, and Vampires are inhabiting, which also now have the ability to summon these creatures.

The Bonelord and Proto-Centurion are encountered as unique bosses in the 2 new mini-dungeons added by this mod.

New Conjuration Spells

1. Conjure Daedrat
A small, but vicious Daedra wielding venomous fangs. Attacks apply a Poison Damage over time effect.
Apprentice Conjuration

Can be found inside Anise's Cabin , or purchased from Ronthil in Castle Volkihar. Can also be a random drop.

2. Conjure Clannfear
A fearsome Daedra that has sharp claws able to pierce enemy defenses. Attacks do extra unresistable damage.
Adept Conjuration

Can be purchased from Phinis Gestor in the Winterhold College. Can also be a random drop.

3. Conjure Corrupted Twilight
A powerful minion of Molag Bal. It's forward attack knocks down enemies.
Expert Conjuration

Can be purchased from Sybille Stentor in the Blue Palace, or from Ronthil in Castle Volkihar. Can also be a random drop.

4. Conjure Bonelord
The Bonelord wields powerful fire magic to incinerate many foes, as well as deadly poison magic to afflict single targets.

Expert Conjuration

Found in the Forgotten Tomb, in Solstheim north of Raven Rock. (See map in pictures)

5. Conjure Proto-Centurion
A Dwemer Centurion constructed to obliterate any foe. Has powerful melee attacks that knock back enemies.
Master Conjuration

Located in a hidden Dwemer ruin in Blackreach. It is south west of Tower Mzark right next to a big lake. (See map in pictures)

Master Conjuration Spell: The Proto-Centurion is so powerful that the caster can only have control over one at a time.

Perk Effects

The Summoned Minions are affected by the appropriate perks, the Daedrat and Bonelord are undead and are affected by the undead perks, and the Corrupted Twilight and Proto-Centurion are counted as atronachs.

1.
Elemental Potency - Gives the below summoned minions +50% increased damage, and increases level by 5.
- Clannfear Runt becomes Clannfear and increases in size slightly.
- Corrupted Twilight becomes a Grievous Twilight and increases in size slightly.

2.
Dark Souls Gives the below summoned minions +50% increased damage, and increases level by 5.
- Daedrat becomes a Monstrous Daedrat and grows horns.

- Bonelord becomes a Greater Bonelord

The Proto-Centurion does not benefit from these perks, so there is only one version of it, but it is already very powerful.

Note: this mod doesn't make any changes to the perks themselves.

Dungeons

1. The Forgotten Tomb
The Forgotten Tomb is a mid-level dungeon. It lies north of Raven Rock, in Solstheim. It was recently discovered and raided by a group of bandits...

2. Dwemer Animoncultory
The Dwemer Animoncultory is a high-level dungeon. It is found In Blackreach, and inside lies a hidden Dwemer Facility that has a secret deep inside...

You can find the Dwemer Animoncultory southwest of the giant orange chandelier/orb in Blackreach. The entrance is in the corner next to a big lake. (see screenshots for map)

Conjure Bonelord and Conjure Proto-Centurion are guarded by very powerful, high level bosses. Have fun!

Changelog V 1.1

  • Added the Clannfear as an Adept level Conjuration summon, which can be purchased from Phinis Gestor in the College of Winterhold
  • Added the Clannfear as a summonable minion by NPC warlocks and conjurers
  • Added the Clannfear as levelled creatures that may be encountered in the same areas as other Daedra and they drop a new ingredient "Clannfear Claw"
  • Daedrat venom can now be cured with cure poison potions
  • The Bonelord boss Poison bolt damage over time effect can now be cured with cure poison potions
  • Adjusted the health and damage of the minions to not be so overpowered, but not underwhelming either
  • Conjure Bonelord is now an Expert level spell, down from Master, and the cast time has been set to a normal spell casting time to reflect this change
  • The Bonelord boss is now a mid-level boss since the skill level of Conjure Bonelord was lowered from Master to Expert
  • Conjure Proto-Centurion is no longer affected by the Elemental Potency perk, so there is only one version of the Proto-Centurion since it is so powerful already
  • Removed Conjure Daedrat spell book from The Riverwood Trader and instead placed one inside Anise's Cabin
  • Corrupted Twilight no longer has a true damage effect on melee attacks since that effect seems more fitting for the new Clannfear. Instead the Twilight now has a knockdown effect on it's forward power attack
  • Added a translucent effect to the Twilight's wings
