Yeah, normally spider ragdoll... I kill a spider and it fly aways from an impact, ot its legs clip into the floor, maybe the whole spider clips into the floor.
I believe it's somw interaction between Arachnid Brutality and XP32 Skeleton.
Not sure, but I did see some Nexus mods that cut down on the amount of ragdolling physics if I recall (will need a quick search, but I know they exist for certain).
Not sure if this will fix my issue: Corpses hovering about half a foot off the ground, stiff as a board, with no collision and no way to interact with them?
Only way to know is to test - try the game with this disabled outside an area where the bug occurs (e.g. Bleak Falls Barrow) and the latest XPMSSE - then if it does re-occur, simply enable it again.

This mod won't fix the buggy spider skeleton, right?
I often kill a spider, and it clips through the floor and then rhe ragdoll respawns 20 feet away from me.
I've yet to encounter this bug - try installing this and seeing if it works.

Both mods seem to edit the skeleton.nif
edit: nevermind, This only edits the draugr skeleton. I missed that.
Often they fly around like crazy... anybody knows what causing it?
Edit: Found the problematic Skeleton Mod and removed it...
