The files from this page don’t as they’re just codeless audio, but the required mod should move your mouth in accordance with the voice lines. This may cause slight issues if you have a modded teeth mesh (sometimes comes with skin & body mods) as the player’s teeth in such mods aren’t really designed to move.
It sure works ! Have you wondered about adapting those to "PC Head Tracking and Voice Type SE" ? There's many more conditions trigger on this one than Playervoiceset

If you want some extra previews before playing, you can download the mod and access the files. Do keep in mind that the standard Windows audio player (I think it’s called Groove or something) will cut off the audio at the last second, so it isn’t the best representation of the line.
Too bad you didn’t enjoy it, but to each his own. If there were specific lines you did/didn’t like you could remove and renumber the files without issue, but judging by the comment I doubt it’d be worth the effort in your case.
