That's right. This mod works "when the Player harvest by himself". Unfortunately, Iharvest is not compatible because it is designed to allow summoned objects to harvest on behalf of the player.
Just realized I hadn't endorsed your mod yet... Thank you so much! This saves me SO much time! 10/10 recommend for anyone having an alchemist playthrough!
My mod only grants a Perk to increase the number of harvests, so perhaps they can be used together. I don't know if it actually works, as I haven't tested it.
Does this mod only effect plant based alchemy ingredients or does it also effect animals/creatures? I ask because I'm using Hunterborn and I'm looking for something that only increases the payout of plants.
I have never used Hunterborn so I can't go into detail, but the extent to which this mod works is similar to Green Thumb in vanilla. In other words, it works when harvesting for Lavender and Mountain Flower, but does not work for River Betty and Dartwing. I guess it depends on how Hunterborn's harvesting mechanics are compared to vanilla.
The only scripts in this mod are for giving perks when introduced and for controlling the MCM. There are no scripts that affect gameplay, so the quickest way to get it working is to try it out in your own environment.
I have not tested those two, but I think they are probably ok since the only function of this mod is to "multiply the yield". On the other hand, it should not interfere with those mods and have a negative impact, so it would be helpful if you could test it and report the results.

Dunno about CACO doe, probably also compatible.
