Didn't understand why I always got rain but the nights I got what this mod gives. I looked in edit lots of conflicts with Sounds of Skyrim so needs to go below that. But better to create an Edit patch
yes I am using it in my glacierslab shots - the second download here BETA, with NLA of course, but if you were crashing previously it is not so good idea, you need very good setup crash free (like mine, right now) I think...

I live VERY far up in the arctic and it has bugged me a bit that the day & night cycle is 12/12 hrs in Skyrim! This mod would add a LOT of realism to the game, but only during summertime. During winter, we don't see the sun for 3 months. Can this be fixed you think? I would LOVE this mod then more than ANY Tavern-wench in Skyrim!

I added DLC2 as a master file in xedit.
Then I figured out how to do it myself in Creation Kit by clicking the World tab at the top, then Region.
